The Company reserves the right to review course access logs and progress data when assessing refund eligibility.

In cases where a refund has been issued, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any future purchases or access to digital programs, courses, or services.

The materials on the School’s website are provided “as is.” The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitations
